Morgan Peck

Morgan has been a proud member of the Developmental Options team for eight years, bringing management and leadership experience along with college coursework in elementary education, psychology, and sociology. Their previous experience working with individuals with special needs has helped shape their approach to leadership, communication, teamwork, and understanding the individual needs of others. What they enjoy most about their role is building meaningful relationships with residents, supporting fellow staff, and being part of a team that provides quality care and makes a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and working on their small homestead, where life stays busy with animals, projects, and plenty of adventure! After eight years with Developmental Options, they are grateful for the relationships and experiences they have gained and look forward to continuing to grow and contribute to the team.
