Joshua Woolstenhulme
QIDP/Mandt Trainer

Josh earned his degree in Integrated Studies with an emphasis in Family and Behavioral Sciences from Utah State University. He has extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and has become well known in the community for the compassionate, respectful, and individualized approach he brings to the people he supports.
As Developmental Options’ certified Mandt trainer, Josh plays an important role in preparing staff to provide that same level of thoughtful and respectful care. Through training, he helps employees develop the skills needed to respond to challenging situations safely, build positive relationships, and ensure the dignity and well-being of residents remain at the center of their work.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys video games of all kinds, especially when he can convince one of his daughters to join him. He is also an avid Star Wars fan, something that is quickly apparent from the collection of memorabilia and collectibles throughout his office space. Josh has been married to Elise for nearly 20 years, and together they have three daughters who keep life busy and entertaining.
