Erin Shelton

I have been a proud part of Developmental Options for nearly 10 years and have truly enjoyed the opportunity to grow alongside the company. I currently work as an LPN and am continuing my education to earn my RN credential. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is building relationships with our residents and having the opportunity to watch them grow, learn new skills, and achieve their individual goals. Being part of their lives and celebrating their accomplishments, both big and small, is what makes the work especially meaningful to me.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and pets, attending concerts, and making memories with the people who are important to me. Between work and continuing my education, life stays busy, but I am excited about what the future holds. I look forward to continuing to grow in my nursing career, earning my RN, and using the knowledge and experience I gain to continue providing compassionate care and support to the individuals we serve.
