Elise Woolstenhulme

Elise serves as the Human Resources Manager at Developmental Options and brings a unique perspective to her role through both her professional background and her long-standing connection to the company. She earned her degree in Marketing from Utah State University and enjoys using her experience to help create a workplace where employees feel supported while keeping the needs, safety, and quality of life of the individuals we serve at the center of what we do.

Elise’s history with Developmental Options began well before her current role in Human Resources. She previously worked for the company as a Direct Support Worker and later as a House Manager, giving her firsthand experience with the responsibilities and challenges employees face while providing direct care. That experience continues to shape her approach to HR today, with a focus on finding practical solutions that balance the needs of employees with the organization’s responsibility to provide consistent, high-quality services to residents.

Developmental Options also holds a special place in Elise’s personal life. During her first period of employment for the company, she met her husband, Josh. The two have now been married for 18 years and have three daughters. Outside of work, much of Elise’s time is spent keeping up with her daughters and supporting them in the hobbies and activities they enjoy.
